A warm welcome to Naz Panju, who has been appointed our prospective parliamentary candidate for the Hornsey and Friern Barnet constituency in the forthcoming general election.

About Naz

Naz is the director of a leading education consultancy that recruits international students from West Africa, the UAE and South East Asia into universities in the UK, USA, Australia and Canada. She has worked in the industry for over twenty years and understands the needs and market forces that determine international study options. She specialises in student career counselling, comparing and contrasting education systems across several countries, and has considerable experience in the major export industry that higher education is to the UK.

Her academic background is in Computer Science and she worked at a FTSE 100 company in London for a number of years. Naz then completed an MPhil in Criminology on a full scholarship at the University of Cambridge.

Naz holds a number of other positions within the Conservative Party including (i) National Discussion Group Leader for Education at the Conservative Policy Forum, (ii) South West Hertfordshire Area Chair for the Conservative Women's Organisation and (iii) Head of Policy at Conservative Friends of Education.

Campaigning

In addition to supporting Naz, we will as an Association be focusing our efforts on supporting neighbouring MP Theresa Villiers in her re-election campaign in Chipping Barnet, which will be a closely fought contest.
